ACN was founded in 1990 by Yan Cheung and Ming Chung Liu. We are the largest recovered paper exporter in the United States. Ms. Cheung and Mr. Liu then founded Nine Dragons Paper in 1995. Nine Dragons Paper is the largest containerboard manufacturer in China. Currently, Ms. Cheung is the Chairwoman of Nine Dragons Paper and Mr. Liu is Deputy Chairman and CEO of Nine Dragons Paper. As a primary supplier to Nine Dragons Paper, both founders provide their vision and guidance to ACN.
